Self Check-In

Your door code will be sent the morning of check-in. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Look for the green door on the front deck. That's the front door, and it takes you straight into the basement.

• To wake the lock: press the home button on the bottom left corner, then enter your code
• To lock up: press the home button on the bottom right corner

Driving Directions

Use 5932 Bopple Hill Road, Naples, NY 14512 in GPS. The road winds up the hill. Take it slow, especially at night and in winter.

Winter note: The private gravel road can get icy. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended November through March.

Parking

Park in the driveway. Up to 6 vehicles. In winter, leave room for the plow to get through.

Property Maintenance

We schedule lawn care and snow removal around guest stays when we can. Occasionally a crew may stop by. They'll be in and out quickly and won't need access to the house.

Heating & Cooling: Main Level + Basement

Two Ecobee thermostats control the main level and basement. Both control the same system, adjust either one:

• Family Room, on the wall near the fireplace
• Dining Room, on the wall in the dining room

We set the house to 68°F in cooler months and 72°F in warmer months before you arrive. Adjust up or down as needed. No need to change anything back at checkout, we'll take care of it.

Upstairs Bedrooms

The two upstairs bedrooms each have a mini-split unit with a white remote on the wall. These rooms are fully independent from the rest of the house. Set them however you like.

• Cool mode: press the snowflake icon
• Heat mode: press the sun/flame icon

Electric Fireplace: Family Room

The fireplace is electric and has two ways to control it:

• Remote, sitting on top of the fireplace
• Manual controls, small door on the front of the unit, controls are inside
• Turn it off before going to bed or leaving the house

Gas Fire Table: Front Deck

• The propane tank is under the black cover end table next to the fire table. Open the valve on top of the tank before lighting
• Turn the knob to the light/low setting
• Push the knob in and hold it while pressing the ignite button. It may take a press or two
• Once lit, adjust flame to your liking
• Turn the knob fully off and close the tank valve after every use

Roku TVs

Log into your own streaming accounts using Guest Mode. It auto-signs you out at checkout:

• Press Home on the remote, go to Settings → Guest Mode
• Enter your checkout date. Roku signs you out automatically that morning
• To sign out early: Settings → Guest Mode → Sign Out

Drinking Water

The tap at the kitchen sink is reverse osmosis filtered. Fill your bottles from it. It's good water.

Washer & Dryer

Available for your use. Detergent is in the laundry room.

Checklist

• Leave beds unmade, our team will handle linens
• Toss used towels in the bathtub
• Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it if it's full
• Turn off the stove
• Turn off the electric fireplace
• Make sure the gas fire table and fire pit are fully off
• Turn off all lights
• Lock all doors on the way out
